例:「RSVP to Tanaka by email.」(田中までメールでご返事ください)「RSVP via the link below.」(下のリンクからご返事ください)。
「Please RSVP by Friday.」(金曜までに出欠の返事をしてください)、「Have you RSVPed yet?」(もう出欠の返事はした?)、「I RSVPed yesterday.」(昨日返事しました)。カジュアルな案内では自然ですが、社外へのフォーマルな文書では「Please let us know by Friday whether you will be able to attend.」
例:「Please confirm your attendance by Friday.」(金曜までに出欠をご確認ください)。
例:「I need a headcount for the venue by Monday.」(会場に伝えるために月曜までに人数を把握したいです)「Just doing a quick headcount — can you make it?」(人数を数えています。
カジュアルに「来られるかどうか」を聞くだけなら「Can you make it?」「Let me know if you can come.」 「出欠を取る」は「take attendance」ではなく(これは学校の出席確認の意味になります)、「collect RSVPs」「check who can come」のように言います。
例:「The RSVP deadline is 5 December.」(出欠の締切は12月5日です)。
例:「Team Dinner on Friday, 12 December — RSVP by 5 December」。
「We would be delighted if you could join us.」(ご参加いただけましたら幸いです)「Please let us know whether you will be able to attend.」(ご出席いただけるかお知らせください)のように、丁寧な表現を選びます。
「Can you make it?」(来られる?)「Let me know if you can come.」(来られるか教えて)で十分です。
「Which of the following works best for you?」(次のうちどれがご都合よいですか)「Please let me know which times work for you.」(ご都合のよい時間を教えてください)が定番の言い回しです。
「You can reply here — no sign-up required:」の一文とURLを添える形が便利です。
「We'll go with the time that works for the most people.」(いちばん多くの人が参加できる時間にします)と書いておくと、後の連絡がスムーズです。
出席:「Thank you for the invitation. I'd be happy to attend.」(ご招待ありがとうございます。喜んで出席します)「Count me in.」(参加します・カジュアル)「I'll be there.」(行きます)。
欠席:「Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it.」(残念ながら参加できません)「I have a prior commitment on that day.」(その日は先約があります)「I'm sorry to miss it.」(参加できず残念です)。
未定:「I'm not sure yet — may I confirm by Wednesday?」(まだ分かりません。水曜までに確定でもよいですか)「Please put me down as a maybe for now.」(いったん未定にしておいてください)。
すぐに返事をする:「I'll get back to you right away.」(すぐにお返事します)「I'll let you know by the end of the day.」(今日中にお知らせします)「I'll confirm my attendance shortly.」(出欠をすぐにご連絡します)「Let me check my schedule and get back to you by tomorrow.」(予定を確認して明日までにお返事します)。
人数の変更:「May I bring a plus-one?」(同伴者を1人連れて行ってもいいですか)「I'll be attending with one guest.」(1名同伴で出席します)「Could you change my reply to two people?」(私の回答を2名に変更してもらえますか)。
遅刻・途中参加:「I'll be about 30 minutes late.」(30分ほど遅れます)「I can only stay until 8:00 PM.」(8時までしかいられません)「I'll join you a little later.」(少し遅れて合流します)。
返事が遅れたとき:「Apologies for the late reply.」(返事が遅くなりすみません)「Sorry for the late RSVP — I'd love to come.」(返事が遅くなってすみません。ぜひ参加したいです)「Is it still possible to join?」(まだ参加できますか)。
例:「Just a gentle reminder that the RSVP deadline is this Friday.」(出欠の締切が今週金曜である旨、念のためお知らせします)。
「Just following up on my previous email.」(先日のメールの件で改めてご連絡します)「I wanted to check whether you had a chance to look at this.」(ご覧いただけたか確認したく)といった前置きは、相手を責めない形で用件に入れる言い回しです。
「We need to confirm numbers with the venue by
英語の案内文では「no sign-up required」「it takes less than a minute」を添えておくと、リンクを開いてもらいやすくなります。

「Please RSVP by Friday.」(金曜までに出欠の返事をしてください)「Have you RSVPed yet?」(もう返事した?) カジュアルな案内やチャットでは自然ですが、社外へのフォーマルな文書では「Please let us know whether you will be able to attend.」
「Please confirm your attendance by Friday.」 人数を数えたいときは「headcount」、カジュアルに聞くなら「Can you make it?」
「I'll get back to you right away.」「I'll confirm my attendance shortly.」 いつまでかを添えるなら「I'll let you know by the end of the day.」「Let me check my schedule and get back to you by tomorrow.」
「Could you change my reply to two people?」(2名に変更してもらえますか)「I'm afraid I can no longer attend. Sorry for the late notice.」(参加できなくなりました。
「Just a gentle reminder」「I wanted to check whether you had a chance to respond」といった前置きを使い、期限の理由を添えれば十分丁寧です。最後に「If you've already replied, please disregard this message.」
